Halperin is analyzing Dem's private polling which closely mirrors the Trump campaign's private polling, and shows Harris' best and possibly only path is increasingly looking exactly like Biden's: Blue Wall + Blue Dot (Omaha's NE-02) to get her to 270-268.

So are the universities, and non-profits, and corporate suites, and so on. Enacting any kind of change at the federal level is very hard, because it is so incredibly difficult to control the House, the Senate, and the presidency all at the same time.
